All Items are sold “As, IS” It is the buyers responsibility to inspect all items before bidding. Buyer and undersigned do hereby consent to the US and State Laws and penalties of failure to settle and pay. If bidder (Buyer) fails to pay in full, Buyer: (a) authorizes owner and/or Auctioneer to resell such property at any time at public or private sale, (b) agrees to indemnify owner and/or Auctioneer against all loss or damage upon sale, together with cost and expense thereof, including attorney’s fees, and (c) agrees to pay Auctioneer interest of 1.5% per month on unpaid balance. Bidder (Buyer) responsible for any expenses due to collection of a bad check. In the event of non-payment of a bad check, the auctioneer reserves the right to repossess, at any time, at your location, the equipment/property involved. Any dispute, Wisconsin law will prevail in Marathon County court. Bidder (buyer) accepts full responsibility for all purchases made and holds the Auction Company (Auctioneers) free from any liability including theft of items. Additional terms may be posted at auction site. Items left 15 days after the auction date a storage fee of $35 per item per day applies. Items will be considered abandoned after 30 days. The undersigned is bound by these terms. ONSITE BUYERS FEE PER ITEM: First $2500 10% Remainder then Charged 3.5%
