Buyer FAQ's

• Are credit cards accepted?
  • A: No, credit cards are NOT accepted. Payment can me made by check or wire transfer.
• I'm sending a driver to pick up item(s). What does the driver need to pickup items?
  • No items will be released from yard without a PAID invoice. Be sure to send this with your driver to ensure a smooth pickup.
• I bought a vehicle at the auction. How and when do I get the title?
  • For Wisconsin residents, titles are sent in and processed by the WI DOT. The title will be mailed from the State directly to the buyer.
  • For buyers outside of Wisconsin, titles will be mailed (USPS Certified Mail) to buyer within 2 weeks of Auction.

Seller FAQ's

• How do I consign an item?
  • A: There are a few ways to commit items to our consignment auctions.
    • 1. Fill out an online Consignment Form/Contract (click here).
    • 2. Download a hard copy (click here) of the Consignment Form, fill it out, and fax it back.
    • 3. Call 715.362.6162 and provide your consignment information over the phone.
    • 4. Email info@nitkeauctions.com   with your complete list of consignments.
• Can I add consignments to my existing contract?
  • A: Yes, once a contract is received for a specific auction, consignments may be added to the contract without affecting the initial commission rates.  Simply email, fax, or call with the additional items you wish to consign.
• I'm planning to sell a truck or trailer. What must be done with the title?
  • Bring title and lien releases (if applicable) when delivering vehicles/trailers. Title must be in the seller's name with lien releases attached and owner signed off as seller.
