How to Buy

You must be over 18 years of age to enter auction grounds (no childeren are allowed on any auction site at any time). You must register at the auction office-  make sure to have a valid drivers license, passport, or other photo ID.  If you will be paying with a check you will need a Bank Letter of Guarantee (sample- click here). We do not accept credit or debit cards.

Terms:

The Standard Auction Terms (click here) are for Nitke's Wausau Auction Center.  Additional terms for auctions may be different and are listed in the details on the specific sale and other terms and anouncements are posted at auction site.

Must be 18 or older to enter. No one under 18 permitted on property at any time.

No items will be removed from any Auction site until payment terms are met. Removal dates of equipment is auction specific.  Refer to specific auction details for removal information and procedures.

Can't make it to an On-Site Auction?

Bid online live durring the webcast auction against On-Site bidders at the auction and other online bidders or leave proxi prebids for the computer to bid on your behalf.

Online bidders must register with Proxibid for each On-Site Auction.  All registrants are subject to an approval process. Please allow a minimum of 48 hours for approval. Do not attempt to register on auction day.
