For receipt of a registered bid number the bidder agrees that if his offer (highest bid) for equipment/property is accepted by the Auctioneer the following terms of sale are part of the then formed contract between the owner and/or Auctioneer (agent of owner) and the bidder buyer. Sales are final and the contract is enforceable when the Auctioneer accepts the bidder’s offer.

All items sell “AS-IS, WHERE IS” with no warranty. All sales are final. There shall be no guarantees or warranties, expressed or implied, statutory or otherwise, as to the merchantability or fitness for any particular purpose of any goods offered in this sale. The items are available to the public for inspection and the catalog is merely a helpful guide.The Buyer relies exclusively on his PRE-AUCTION inspection and each lot is sold with ALL FAULTS AND DEFECTS THEREIN. Auction company reserves the right to refuse or withdraw a bidder’s number. The Buyer shall take full responsibility and assume all risk of said equipment from the time the Auctioneer accepts the final bid from the Buyer. The Buyer has full liability insurance on said terms as required by law. In the event of a dispute in bidding, the Auctioneer’s decision to settle is final. Auction company will neither be held responsible for accidents, nor error, deletions or omissions on printed materials. All written material is subject to change. Announcements made day of sale take precedence over all other printed materials. No credit or adjustments will be allowed in any form or amount. Owners or owner’s employees are eligible to bid on any items in this sale in accordance with the terms of the bidder contract. The Auctioneer may bid on behalf of absentee bids and/or itself.

Minors not allowed on sale auction grounds. You must be 18 to enter auction grounds.

Settlement: The bidder agrees to make complete payment day of auction in US funds. All checks require a bank letter of guarantee. No items will be released without proper settlement. Any money owed to Auctioneer may be deducted from all proceeds Auctioneer holds for bidder representing a seller. Sales tax applies to all purchases. Registrant is responsible for all persons in their party. Any individual found tampering with machines in this auction will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. Buyer & bidder do hereby consent to the United States and State Laws and Penalties of failure to settle and pay. If buyer fails to pay in full, Buyer: (a) authorizes owner and/or Auctioneer to resell such property at any time at public or private sale, (b) agrees to indemnify Owner and/or Auctioneer against all loss or damage upon sale, together with costs and expenses thereof, including attorneys’ fees, and (c) agrees to pay Auctioneer interest of 1.5% per month on unpaid balance. Buyer accepts full responsibility for all purchases made and holds the company and auctioneers free from any liabilities including theft of items. The bidder is bound by these terms. Additional terms may be posted at auction site. Storage fees apply after 15 days and items will be considered abandoned after 30 days.

Onsite Buyers Fee:
3.5% on each item greater than $2500; 10% on each item $2500 or less. INTERNET Buyers Fee: 10% on each item.
